By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
GoGoalFans provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to create personalized "Legacy Cards" - digital images featuring the user in World Cup 2026 themed scenarios. Our Services include:
- AI image generation using your uploaded photos
- A credit-based system ("Glory Credits") for purchasing generations
- Storage and gallery features for your created content
You may create an account using email/password or through third-party providers (Google, TikTok). You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse our Services or other users
- Glory Credits are required to generate Legacy Cards
- Credits are purchased through our platform via Stripe
- Credits have an expiration period as specified at purchase
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- All prices are displayed in USD
- Prices may change with prior notice
- Applicable taxes will be added at checkout
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law
- Glory Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred
- Please ensure you understand our service before purchasing
- In exceptional circumstances, contact our support team
- You retain rights to your original uploaded photos
- AI-generated Legacy Cards are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use
- You may share your Legacy Cards on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that such sharing does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with official World Cup or FIFA entities
- We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Services
You agree NOT to use our Services to:
- Create content depicting real people without their consent (except yourself)
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create deepfakes or misleading content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
- Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
We reserve the right to:
- Review and remove content that violates these Terms
- Suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our policies
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
We do not permanently store original uploaded photos. Uploaded photos are used solely for AI image generation and may be temporarily processed by third-party service providers (such as Google) in accordance with their retention policies. Generated images are only stored if you explicitly choose to save them to your account.
The GoGoalFans name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. World Cup and FIFA-related trademarks belong to their respective owners. GoGoalFans is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official World Cup organizers.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our Services
- Use automated tools to access our Services without permission
- Attempt to bypass our security measures
- Resell or commercially exploit our Services
- Upload malicious code or content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use our Services for any illegal purpose
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific results from AI generation
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
AI-generated content may:
- Contain imperfections or artifacts
- Not perfectly match your expectations
- Vary in quality between generations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoGoalFans, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website
- Sending an email to registered users
- Displaying a notice within our Services
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
