3. AI Image Processing

3.1 Uploaded Photos

We do not permanently store original uploaded photos. Uploaded photos are used solely for AI image generation and may be temporarily processed by third-party service providers (such as Google). These files are deleted in accordance with the providers' retention policies.

3.2 Generated Images

When you are signed in, generated images (your Legacy Cards) are saved to your account gallery so you can view, download, or order them later. If you use our Services without an account, generated images are not retained by us.

3.3 User Control

You remain in full control over the images stored in your account. You can view and delete any of your saved Legacy Cards at any time from your Trophy Room (Dashboard → Trophy Room). Deleting a card removes both the image file and its record from our systems.

3.4 AI Training

We do not use your photos to train AI models.
